Ballard Spahr has an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional to join the marketing team in Philadelphia.
As part of a small, hands-on collaborative team reporting to the Marketing Technology Manager, this position is responsible for managing technology projects and performing support and administration of marketing databases. The Marketing Technology Project Manager will be a self-starter who will focus on medium-to-large scale initiatives directly related to the firm's database solutions (InterAction, SharePoint, Experience Database, etc.). In addition, they will identify and remediate database security and access issues, oversee installation and migration of new and existing databases and work closely with IT team members to coordinate optimal data feeds between interdepartmental and Firm systems.

Qualified candidates must be a highly detail-oriented project manager, with a passion for driving change and a desire to improve upon delivery processes and standards. The selected candidate will be organized with the focus to sustain a high level of quality and consistency at all times. Strong proficiency with working with CRM databases, Microsoft Excel and data manipulation with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues are required for this position.
A bachelor’s degree or technical training with 4+ years' of marketing technology project management experience preferably with a large scale CRM database in a law firm or other professional services firm.
