Summary of Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):
Provides technical leadership to Technology Support Services personnel on the architecture, design, configuration, and implementation of the Firm’s information sharing platforms and technologies; works as a senior member of a collaborative team, providing technical expertise and hands on experience with assigned software; collaborates with peers in TSS and others in the Firm to create, administer, and optimize collaboration and file sharing solutions; provides third level technical support to diagnose software issues and perform root cause analysis; provides technical leadership, advice and counsel to developers and others in TSS on Firm standards and best practices for development on SharePoint, document management, and hosted file sharing platforms; maintains knowledge of vendor product roadmaps and assists in the development and oversight of Firm information management program strategies.
