- Have great presentation skills
- Be self-motivated to take ownership of responsibilities
- Be very knowledgeable in Microsoft Windows 10 and Office 2010/2016
- Be willing to travel 25-40% of the time
The Technology Trainer is responsible for facilitating the delivery of training and learning in accordance with Taft’s initiatives. This includes new hire orientation; knowledge, skill and ability training; assessment of current user training needs with recommendations for improvement; and integration training when the firm expands. Content delivery will include a variety of learning techniques (classroom, online, remote, documentation, etc.)
