Stoel Rives is seeking an Enterprise Applications Administrator to join its Network Operations
Team. The Enterprise Applications Administrator is responsible for supporting, troubleshooting,
documenting and maintaining enterprise applications, including upgrades and assessing new
technology for the firm. The Enterprise Application Administrator will work with other IT
groups to ensure the environment is fully utilizing the available technology to enhance
productivity and improve work processes.
Administer and maintain enterprise application servers and cloud services for the technologies listed below:
Document Management System
Contract Resource Management System
Human Resource Systems
Work with other Application Administrators, Application Specialists, Network Operations Team, Desktop Engineering Team and Technical Support to ensure configuration, deployment, maintenance and testing procedures
Establish priorities and meet deadlines taking direction from the Network Operations Manager
Participate positively in project teams and the Network Operations Team
Follow Change Management Control processes
Provide systems analysis techniques and procedures for involved and complicated technical applications, including discussions with users, to determine software or system functional specifications and support services for firm systems.
Customize vendor applications as needed
Create SQL Scripts as needed
Create and maintain documentation
Work with vendors when necessary to troubleshoot issues and develop customized solutions
Use IT ticket management and change management systems following published procedures; respond to and resolve incident ticket escalations for areas covered by this position
This position will have direct contact with end users and application owners. Excellent customer service skills and communication skills are essential.
Work overtime as required, including nights and weekends if necessary
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required
3 years’ experience with Microsoft enterprise technologies including but not limited to: Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows Server up to and including Server 2016, Windows desktop OS up to and including Windows 10, and SQL Server up to and including 2016
