Stradley Ronon is currently recruiting for an IT Project Manager in our Philadelphia office. Reporting to the CIO, the IT Project Manager is responsible for delivering assigned IT projects on-time, within budget and scope, and in accordance with defined business requirements. Our ideal candidate will be able to work effectively and collaboratively within a defined but flexible methodology and will provide oversight to the IT project portfolio and lead the IT Project Review Committee.
Develop detailed project plans that consider scope, objectives, technical feasibility, risks, resource availability, and performance. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including charters, scorecards, project plans and detailed status reports.
Effectively communicate with relevant stakeholders, customers, and vendors, including managing changes to project scope, schedule, and cost, and allocating tasks as necessary.
Administer the project management software ensuring data is current, reports are defined and dashboard metrics are aligned with our objectives.

Bachelor's degree and 8+ years’ experience managing technical projects.
Organized, personable, strong attention to detail, concise, goal-oriented.
Demonstrated experience managing a sizeable portfolio including large scale technical projects.
Solid technical background; ability to estimate task duration for network and system projects.
Previous law firm or professional services experience preferred.
