Rutan & Tucker has an opportunity available for an experienced Software Applications Support Specialist in its Costa Mesa Office.
Job Description Provide software applications support to all end users in the organization including troubleshooting applications and software for all internal customers as well as assist with the design, improvement and implementation of software applications courseware. Field incoming help requests via telephone and e-mail in a courteous and timely manner.
Qualified applicants will be motivated and detail oriented with a strong work ethic. In addition, the position requires someone who works well in a collaborative environment. Applicants must demonstrate excellent customer service skills, initiative and ability to prioritize help desk requests. Candidates must possess the following:
At least five years of progressively responsible technology experience in a law firm or related setting.
In-depth knowledge of the following enterprise and desktop software applications: Microsoft Office 2013 Adobe Acrobat DC Autonomy WorkSite/FileSite/IRM; Forms Work Flow/US Court Forms pdfDocs and compareDocs Intapp Time Accuroute Workshare Compare
Interpersonal skills necessary to maintain effective relationships will employees at all levels of the organization.
English fluency to demonstrate superior written, oral and presentation communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Microsoft Office Specialist Certification (obtain within first 12 months)
