Bliss Lawyers is seeking an Associate Director of Talent. The Associate Director of Talent will report to the Vice President of Talent. This is a full-time position that will be principally done on a telecommuting basis. The salary is competitive with benefits. Interviews will begin as soon as qualified applicants are identified.
Job Description Summary
The Associate Director of Talent will support the Vice President and Director of Talent and will be engaged in the day-to-day recruiting functions of the Company. Bliss Lawyers is seeking an individual who has legal recruiting experience, is energetic, dedicated, focused, thoughtful and innovative, who can work collaboratively and independently, but can also take direction, when appropriate.
Engage in the Company's day-to-day recruiting operations.
Execute recruiting plans, including creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other creative methods, and efficiently tracking and filling open positions.
Manage each search from start to finish in an organized and efficient manner.
Conduct interviews of candidates and assess applicants for open positions.
Liaise with employees, maintain regular communications with them and visit them, where appropriate.
Network through legal industry contacts, association memberships, and trade groups.

Specific requirements include:
Must have significant experience and demonstrated track record in recruiting and sourcing in the legal industry.
Expertise with LinkedIn recruiting tools and familiarity with recruiting software.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong network in the legal community.
Action-oriented, entrepreneurial, flexible, and innovative approach to recruiting.
Passion, humility, integrity, positive attitude, mission-driven, and self-directed.
Telecommuting is allowed.
