The Texas offices of Baker McKenzie seeks a Manager, IT Service Delivery. This role can be based in the Dallas or Houston office and travel will be required between these locations periodically. The Manager, IT Service Delivery is responsible for ensuring all expectations of the designated business units with respect to services provided by the Technology organization are managed appropriately, including managing staff across designated offices ensuring a focus on high quality consistent IT service delivery, and maintaining compliance and awareness of the firm policies and procedures with special attention to security issues, asset control and licensure.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience in managing IT teams and service delivery; must have a strong background in working with Microsoft platforms (server & workstation) and applications including the Office productivity suite; knowledge of Litigation Support technologies and processes; and knowledge of ITIL service management principles. Bachelor's of Science degree in Computer Science, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
