Seeking a highly motivated Trainer to be responsible for the design and delivery of personalized, group, and online training on technology systems and software. Responsibilities include proactively developing and delivering programs and associated materials for instructor-led classes, one-on-one coaching, e-learning, and skills assessment. The Trainer will be required to assess training and support, assist in developing curriculum, deliver new technology efficiently and in a cost-effective manner. The position will be the end user advocate for the IT department and report to the Manager of Technology - Support and Training.
Prior teaching/training experience required along with strong technical writing skills; advanced experience with Microsoft Office products on a Windows platform required, preferably Office 2010; and must have knowledge of document management systems, numbering/macro packages, CRM software, redlining software, metadata removal tools, remote access, time entry, PDF software and portal products. Four-year degree a plus. Must be flexible to travel (including Mexico City, Mexico) and work as a team to resolve issues.
