The immigration practice group employs over 53 immigration attorneys and over 95 paraprofessionals. Our Austin, Texas office has an opportunity for two experienced immigration paralegals to join the firm’s expanding practice.
Duties will include preparation and filing of petitions, H-1B visa applications and labor certification applications. Our outstanding paralegals also compile and analyze case facts, draft correspondence, maintain and organize client documentation and have direct contact with multiple employees.

Qualified candidates must have extensive (3 plus years) employment based immigration paralegal experience, preferably in large law firm environment,
Strong proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, INS Zoom, and a document management system required.
Successful candidates will possess strong writing skills, have excellent attention to detail.
Be able to multi-task and work independently toward team goals.
Outstanding case management and organizational skills are required.
