Well established East Coast of Florida law firm seeking dynamic and energetic immigration attorney to assist with expanding case load of Spanish clients. Firm practices in Workers' Compensation, Personal Injury, Social Security Disability and Immigration law. Candidate needs to be experienced and well versed in all aspects of immigration law including asylum, removal defense, family based petitions, waivers, appearances before the Immigration Court and negotiations/interaction with ICE and Asylum Officers. Excellent legal research, writing and analytical skills required. Compensation based on experience and ability. Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
