Prepare, file, and monitor status of NIV and IV petitions for corporate and individual clients including PERM, H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1/EB1, E, J-1, B-1/2, etc. Research and draft complex Request for Evidence responses and Motions to Reopen/Reconsider to USCIS/DOL. Update and maintain case files via Immigration Client Software Program.
