Primary responsibilities include 1st level desktop and applications support (via phone, email, chat) for national and international contractual clients in legal and other professional industries.

This position is based out of one of our client’s offices in New York City. Schedule is TBD but first shift, Monday thru Friday should be expected. Dress is business professional.
