The Marketing Department of Arnold & Porter has an opening for a CRM Application Manager in the Washington, DC office. The CRM Application Manager is responsible for collecting and maintaining client information in support of firm-wide marketing and client development efforts.
RESPONSIBILITES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Oversee CRM data quality efforts by monitoring and processing contact updates, returned mail, email bounce backs, and contact subscription preferences.
Manage contact subscription preferences and ensure compliance with data protection laws across the world, including CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR.
Support Communications, Business Development and Events teams in the creation, testing and distribution of client communications.
Prepare and maintain CRM mailing lists for marketing campaigns.
Track performance, metrics, and statistics related to email marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics and Siteimprove.
Partner with the CRM administrator (Director of Business Intelligence and International Development) with software evaluations, implementations, and upgrades.
Assist the CRM administrator with the development of documentation and execution of training programs.
Perform advanced/complex searches to meet campaign-audience criteria and populate lists. This should also include suggesting ways to improve list quality and highlight opportunities to segment lists.
Produce Who Knows Whom reports based on various data points.
Liaise with other departments such as Talent, Human Resources, among others, for targeted campaigns and projects (regional, diversity, alumni, veterans, among others).
Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum of six years of professional services experience, with a minimum of four years of CRM experience.
Previous experience managing CRM function, specifically with LexisNexis InterAction, required. Previous experience with eMarketing tools such as Vuture and Cvent, as well as HR and financial software will also be considered, but not necessary.
Experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Strong Internet research search skills and proficiency with Customer Relationship Software tool InterAction required.

Ability to both adhere to existing process and suggest improvements to maintain a highly efficient operational workflow.
