Provide a full range of technical support to system users in a Windows based networked environment and manage subsets of various projects. Install, modify and update hardware and software systems. Maintain high standard service level providing consistent, responsive customer service to end-users. Provide help desk support and after hours on-call rotation.
In-depth understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
Knowledge of local area network concepts and server management
Windows 7, 10, Server 2008 R2, 2012, 2016 Datacenter
Office 2013, 2016
Experience with Citrix or remote desktop environment
Knowledge of VMWare (vSphere, ESXi) 6.5 and SAN Management
Strong understanding of system backup procedures
Excellent customer service skills, to include verbal and written communication, phone and email etiquette, and ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships
Ability to work well under own initiative and complete tasks without direct supervision
Desire and ability to learn new technology
