The CRM Coordinator reports to the Marketing & CRM Manager and is based in the firm’s Atlanta, Charlotte or Richmond offices. The Coordinator is responsible for ongoing maintenance and support of the firm’s CRM system and email marketing software.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Ensure accuracy and integrity of data in the CRM system. Responsible for researching and updating data, validating changes to data, and managing the duplicate resolution process.
Verify new entries to the database for proper formatting as per firm data standards.
Research and verify company mergers/name changes/office relocations.
Update, maintain, and document department guidelines, processes, and best practices.
Maintain mailing distribution lists as well as perform general searches and reports for targeted mailings.
Help manage email delivery failure processes.
Assist the Marketing & CRM Manager in managing integrations with other firm databases and information tools.
Provide technical and administrative support for the firm’s email marketing software (Vuture); provide analytics around email campaigns.
Assist with development of training materials; provide training for marketing, business development, and other administrative staff.
Assist end users with their day-to-day use of the CRM system.
Provide user support and troubleshoot issues when necessary.
Complete other projects related to InterAction as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
A Bachelor’s degree is required.
A minimum of two (2) years experience working with a CRM system, preferably LexisNexis InterAction. Experience in a law firm or professional services firm is desired.
Sound business judgment and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and multitask.
Data management/manipulation skills
Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Strong project and process management experience.
Highly motivated, persuasive, priority-driven, and collaborative.
Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and perform well under pressure.
