Lewis Rice LLC has an opening for a Software Support Specialist. This position focuses mainly on software-related issues, while basic knowledge of hardware and network applications is a plus. As a member of our Help Desk team, the hired candidate will answer Help Desk calls ande-mails from attorneys and staff, using both remote access and desk-side support.
Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and the Office 2016 Suite, including document styling, formatting, assembly and troubleshooting required. This position requires the ability to identify and analyze day to day issues and implement solutions. Previous experience in a help desk or training environment, as well as excellent phone and communication skills are also required. Furthermore, successful candidates should be interested in expanding their knowledge of above software programs and/or other specialized IT products with ongoing training provided.
Hours of the position are Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. In addition, Help Desk team members rotate weekly assignments as extended hours Help Desk support.
