Support and implementation of various business solutions (time and billing, document management, business intake, records management and core application infrastructure)
Take ownership and manage projects throughout the entire lifecycle
Provide day-to-day support, identify issues / potential problems, and respond quickly to production issues
Ability to work successfully and independently in an atmosphere of multiple projects, shifting priorities, and deadline pressures.
Ability to document core aspects of the design and implementation with standards-based approach to development so that others can help support the environment.
Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to communicate on all levels
Self-motivated with ability to work independently under minimal supervision
Ability to effectively integrate and and build consensus across multiple cross-functional teams
Proven track-record meeting deliverables throughout project timelines
