ILTA has an open position for a Local Meeting Coordinator. The Local Meeting Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to assist with all aspects of supporting local meetings. This includes administrative duties, event management and working with ILTA volunteers to ensure the timely and effective delivery of local social events and educational programming.
Coordination of all aspects of local meetings and socials, including identifying topics; locating sponsors; vetting content; reviewing the design of invitation; ordering signage; sending follow up reminders; distributing registration lists; and tracking attendance.
Obtain, report on, and analyze data on all meetings, topics and attendance and evaluations; establish baselines for Relationship Coordinating Team.
Provide support for the Member Liaison volunteer program, including maintaining Member Liaison lists and online pages; providing annual feedback; Member Liaison recruitment, re-commitment, orientation and mentoring; distributing membership lists; collaboration with sister organizations and vendors.
Assist with leading Member Liaison monthly meetings, including drafting agenda; delivery of agenda; follow up on action items.
Help support the Relationship Coordinating Team to deliver upon action items.
Work to create deliverables for the Member Liaison training, mentoring and onboarding program. Including, creating and maintaining a Member Liaison toolkit.
Work with Event Administrator to refine administrative processes, ensure invitations are created and tasks are completed.
Developing and ensuring all workflows run smoothly and are repeatable.
Experience and Skills Required:
3-5 years of customer service experience in a professional environment
Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
Proven organizational skills
Technically savvy - can move between various systems quickly including:
CRM, GMail, GDocs, MS Office, Sharepoint, Email marketing systems
Passionate about working with volunteers and helping them to succeed
Meeting facilitation and ability to lead meetings, create agendas and meeting minutes
Strong communication skills (oral and written).
Strong customer service and team building skills.
Reports to the VP of Membership and Education. Effectively maintains relationships and works closely on local processes and scheduling with Manager of Partner Programs and Manager, Local Meetings and Education
Works with other key stakeholders within the organization in marketing, business partnership, education, and membership departments.

Program Planning Council Member responsible for RCT
Responsible for maintaining effective relationships with ILTA volunteers to ensure an exceptional volunteer experience.
Work with business partners to ensure they have positive experiences when sponsoring local meetings.
Work with sister organizations to promote local joint events or events that are determined to be beneficial to ILTA's membership.
Ability to travel to Annual Conference (7-10 days in August).
Ability to travel to an annual volunteer meeting (2-3 days in January)
Other travel as required
Able to work overtime as needed
Telecommuting is allowed.
