A successful candidate will possess a high attention to detail in order to complete work permission and permanent residency petitions and provide immigration support, advice and information to incoming and current employees. Responsibilities will be performed on a highly engaged team with an accentuation on compliance.
Operates under the supervision of the Manager, Immigration Services to provide immigration support, advice and information to all areas of the institution. Completes and processes all required immigration forms, work permission applications, and related documents as directed to ensure compliance with applicable federal and state laws, rules and regulations regarding employment and/or training of international workers, students and visitors. Ensures the record-keeping, tracking and public access of information is in compliance with federal and institutional requirements.
Bachelor's degree is required
REQUIRED: Due to federal requirements, the candidate must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
Three (3) years of employment-based immigration experience is required including experience with the following– immigration processes; H1B and/or PERM
Experience with LawLogix or other electronic immigration tracking system preferred.
