ILTA is seeking a Programming Intern to join our Operations team. This position will provide support to help develop Business Partner educational programming across ILTA's regional groups.
Work with Manager of Partner Programs on draft schedules for roadshow dates.
Source and secure host firms for educational presentations.
Work with member host firms on identifying logistical details (room capacities, AV availability, etc..).
Enter details into internal databases.
Maintain accurate, organized and up-to-date information for each event.
Assist with creating and scheduling event invites.
Upload evaluations, sign-in sheets, comments and email message stats for events for performance tracking.
Assist with member, business partner and staff questions in a very timely and courteous manner.
Run reports as needed.
Create invoices for event and webinar services.
Additional projects and duties as needed.
Reports to the Manager of Partner Programs.
Effectively maintains relationships with the Local Meeting team members, coordinating where responsibilities overlap.
Responsible for maintaining effective relationships with ILTA members, volunteers, and business partners to ensure maximum value for their experience.

Passion for Association work and interest in Legal Technology space is a plus.
This position will be based in the Chicago office.
