Greenberg Traurig, a global law firm, currently has an excellent full-time opportunity for an Intapp Systems Administrator to join the firm’s Technology Department. The preference would be to place the successful candidate in the following locations: Atlanta, Doral (Miami) or Chicago. However, consideration is being given to filling the position in any one of Greenberg Traurig’s national offices. We offer competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package.
The primary function of the Intapp Systems Administrator is to manage the operations, support items, maintenance, upgrades and development of new features/enhancements of the Intapp environments that support the firm’s Intake/Conflicts, Matter Maintenance and Ethical Wall systems.
Duties & Responsibilities
Administer all technology related to Firm’s Intapp OPEN for Intake & Conflicts, Integration Builder and Wall Build platforms including all customizations specific to the Firm’s environment (e.g., Microsoft SQL, Aderant, etc.).
Design, develop and implement new features and functions.
Manage scope and objectives and assess impact of changes related to Intake and Conflicts systems.
Oversee and execute testing of system operations and new features and functions
Perform QA and documentation for all related systems.
Coordinate and collaborate with Intake and Conflicts Group to identify their requirements and propose solutions utilizing current and/or new systems.
Evaluate current Intake and Conflicts workflows and processes and propose efficient technological solutions.
Rewrite and/or develop SQL queries and stored procedures, as well as macros etc., related to Intake and Conflicts systems.
Work with other IT systems owners to develop interfaces between Intake and Conflicts and other IT systems.
Troubleshoot and assist end users of Conflicts and Intake systems as needed.
Stay current with the roadmap, new versions and features of all responsible systems.
Proficient in SQL and SSRS report design, creation and management
Extensive technical knowledge of applications systems analysis and programming
Must be skilled in problem solving.
Must be customer service oriented and work effectively in a team environment
Must be able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and have strong organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Qualifications & Prior Experience
Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of relevant work experience
Significant experience with Intake/matter opening systems and associated workflows in a law firm environment.
