Epstein Becker Green is seeking a Practice Recruitment & Development Coordinator to join the firm in its New York office. This position will coordinate, on a national level, all aspects of the Firm’s Continuing Legal Education (CLE) program and provide support for all professional development training and initiatives. This position will also provide support to the New York office including summer program event planning, helping manage summer associate assignments for the New York office, helping coordinate activities for the New York office Mentor Program and Pro Bono Program, and other event planning for the New York office.
Coordinate all aspects of the firm’ CLE program including acting as CLE liaison for programs offered internally firm-wide, tracking attorney CLE requirements, providing administrative support for CLE programs, maintaining CLE files, and assisting in the preparation of year-end reports, accredited provider renewal applications and other mandatory CLE reports needed to maintain the firm’s accredited provider status.
Coordinate firm-wide the internal training program administration for EBG Academy and other internal programs, including scheduling, sending invitations, administering sign-in sheets and surveys, materials, and logistics including conference room facilities, catering, and technology.
Help develop and roll out associate training curriculum and track participation.
Provide support to the Attorney Recruiting Manager for various aspects of the attorney recruitment process for the New York office including lateral associate and partner recruiting, law school recruiting, the summer associate program, and new attorney integration.
Coordinate efforts for the New York office Mentor and Pro Bono Programs.
Plan and coordinate other lunches and events in the New York office.

Minimum of three years of prior relevant law firm experience with understanding of national CLE rules and regulations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly attentive to detail, extremely organized, results orientated, self-motivated.
Strong computer skills. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint). Experience with CLE tracking programs. Ability to learn new technology.
Strong work ethic and able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
Customer service orientation and responsive to inquiries.
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
