The Systems Administrator is a full-time position and as part of a team will assist in troubleshooting, managing and maintaining all the infrastructure technology of the firm.
Knowledge and experience with Windows Server OS, remote access (VPN, Citrix Published Desktops, etc.) server, storage, virtualization and Active Directory are required. Other beneficial skills include LAN, WAN, firewall, system monitoring, cloud administration (Azure, AWS), telephony, and basic scripting skills. The candidate must be able to interact with end users at all levels, communicate professionally, provide excellent customer service, and work independently and creatively. Depth and breadth in many subjects will be a key factor for a successful applicant. Documentation will be a key responsibility. Schedule flexibility and limited travel are required. Bachelor of Science degree in a technology related field or 3-5 plus years of equivalent experience is required.

Troubleshoot servers, server technologies, networking, and desktops to resolves issues escalated by the Helpdesk or other departments within IT.
Coordinate and escalate issues to Systems Engineers for additional support or hand off as needed
Perform daily, quarterly, monthly and yearly maintenance tasks
Assist with install, testing and maintaining technologies and systems that match the Firm's Service Level Agreements for availability, performance, functionality, and security.
Help implement and enforce policies and practices to protect the Firm and the Firm's information assets.
Interact with the Infrastructure team, Helpdesk and other support departments to support the firm’s systems and technologies.
