This position reports to the Director of Training and Business Analysis and is primarily responsible for providing training, documentation and eLearning to our user base. Seeking a self-starter, team player who works well independently, learns quickly and enjoys challenges. Must be able to work under deadlines. Work hours M-F 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, but must have flexibility as overtime and travel are required.
Create documentation as well as Computer Based Training via Captivate and/or Camtasia to support said documentation.
Create and provide multilevel training courses for end users in both a classroom and one-on-one settings. Provide classroom material that users can use a reference.
Formulate teaching outlines and determine instructional methods such as individual training, lectures, demonstrations, webexes, etc.
Assist users with problems concerning “how to” perform specific tasks on a “just in time” basis via a Training on Demand hotline.
Provide training for new users who join the firm.
Provide secondary support for applications and backup support and training for the Help Desk on application issues.
Assist and work with Director of Training and Business Analysis and other team members to develop course curriculum and training aids including but not limited to e-learning videos, manuals, handouts, quick references, tip sheets for attorneys and staff on Saul Ewing technologies as needed.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred
3-5 years’ experience training and supporting users in a law firm environment.
Solid understanding of law firm technologies: Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, iManage or other document management systems, eFiling, third party applications such as Elite, pdfDocs, InterAction, time/billing applications, telephone skills and mobile applications.
In-depth knowledge of Captivate and ability to create e-learning. Knowledge of Camtasia a plus.
The ability to test the technical limits of the technology and understand how it can be used to the benefit of the firm.
Travel and Overtime
This position requires the ability to travel. Travel to our various Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr offices will be necessary. Travel typically ranges from one day to one week. Travel to other locations, such as training venues may also be occasionally required. Overtime will also be required and may sometimes involve weekends.
