Are you a Level 1-2 service desk technician looking for your next career step? If so, Flexmanage is looking for you to join its national managed service team. As an on-site support consultant, you'll be located at one of Flexmanage's national managed services clients to troubleshoot and resolve client-generated events, interact with all client end users and perform basic end-user training. Plus, this role also manages and resolves escalations directly with vendors and other third parties. All the while upholding Flexmanage's client security and operational policies.
To be considered for this role, you'll need at least 3-5 years of professional services and experience in the following areas:
*Server Administration (AD, Group Policy, Small Business Server)
