Greenberg Traurig, a global law firm, currently has an excellent full-time opportunity for a Document Management Application Analyst to join the firm's Technology Department. The preference is to base the successful candidate in either our Atlanta (ACE), Doral or Phoenix office; however consideration is being given to filling the position in any one of Greenberg Traurig’s national offices.
Position Summary This role will provide support for the firm’s iManage Work document management system environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with iManage Work, be adaptable, and be eager to learn and grow with the Firm.
Duties & Responsibilities
The Document Management Application Analyst is responsible for second level support of the Document Management (DMS) system environment
Installs, upgrades, configures and tests all components of the firm’s DMS environment
Performs administration tasks and project activities as directed, including off hour maintenance and scheduled upgrades/patching
Uses system analysis skills to troubleshoot technical issues
Manages escalated user requests within the firm’s Help Desk ticketing system and educate the helpdesk about the Document Management System
Participates in rolling on-call support schedule
Contributes to the development and maintenance of support and system documentation
Adheres to all IT and user quality assurance practices
Makes recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Skills & Competencies
Solid knowledge and experience troubleshooting MS Office, Acrobat, and Desktop issues
Proficient with Microsoft Office products and troubleshooting
Proficiency with MS SQL Server and Structured Query Language a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Flexible and tolerant of a demanding environment
Works well as an individual as well as part of a team
Qualifications & Prior Experience
Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience administering enterprise wide document management systems, iManage Work 9 (or higher) preferred
Familiarity and experience with legal industry desired
Demonstrated experience with helpdesk and troubleshooting.
