We seek an associate attorney with experience in various immigrant and non-immigrant employment-based immigration matters to join our team. Fluency in English and Spanish are required to effectively communicate with our clients.
Candidates must be bright, meticulous, creative, and have a positive disposition. The ideal candidate will be able to conduct initial client screenings, identify legal issues, and determine legal strategy independently. They will attend USCIS interviews with clients when needed. They will be problem solvers who enjoy collaboration and teamwork. Analytical skills are critical to success in this position. Candidates should have a passion for writing and be able to effectively communicate with both clients and government entities. They must be self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently, as well as review work performed by paralegals in a fast-paced environment.
Member of a state bar in good standing
2 years of experience in a broad range of employment-based immigration matters
Bilingual – English and Spanish
Relocation to Charlotte, NC
Employer will assist with relocation costs.
