Join us if you have: - 6+ years of experience in Information Technology
- 5+ years of direct experience in end user computing and mobile device management
- A self-starter mentality while being a team player, and a willingness to learn and utilize new technologies
- Ability to provide off-hour support (evenings, weekends and holidays) for rotating after-hours support
- Demonstrable understanding of desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, various Windows OS, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional customer service and troubleshooting skills, problem solving, and follow-up skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm, composed manner.
- Ability to quickly assess a situation and adjust approach to fit
- A strong attention to detail and quality control
- Analytical skills
- Experience with ITIL methodologies
- GED/High School Diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred
