The Compliance Administrator will support a variety of governance, risk, and compliance services within the IT department working directly with central IT teams based in Cleveland as well as with local IT teams around the world to facilitate vendor third party assessment services, coordinate and support IT asset tracking, participate in compliance work related to security and data privacy, and ensure standards, procedures, and policies are kept current by responsible IT teams. The Compliance Administrator will be responsible for the administration, coordination, record-keeping, document organization and management, and communication activities at the direction of the PMO Manager and occasionally the IT Director. The Compliance Administrator will also participate with IT personnel in completing compliance activities initiated by or managed by other departments and practices across the Firm.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience working within a risk management, compliance, or auditing function preferred.
General knowledge of IT systems including basic understanding of common corporate technologies such as networks, computers, software, and security.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Access) as well as strong background in the use of document / content management systems.
