Greenberg Traurig, a global law firm, currently has an excellent full-time opportunity for a Reporting and Analysis Manager to join the Finance Department of our Doral, FL office. We offer competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package.
The Reporting and Analysis Manager will report directly to and work closely in conjunction with the CFO to help define the firm’s overall reporting strategy, structures and designs. The Reporting and Analysis Manager will be the first key hire to lead this initiative, but will subsequently build and lead a best in class team.
Duties & Responsibilities
Manage the process of creating a new technology driven reporting environment tailored to stakeholder needs from the ground up.
Drives continuous improvement in the finance function by enhancing the information and insights used by stakeholders for decision making.
Support and collaborate with senior stakeholders from across the business, both locally and overseas, with a high degree of professionalism and responsiveness. Respond to ad hoc information requirements.
Monitor and interpret portfolio to identify business opportunities, leading indicators of risks.
Work with BI teams to enable data architecture and solutions that are best meeting analytics and reporting needs of the department.
Assists with other department activities as needed, and performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications & Prior Experience
Bachelor’s degree - Economics, Accounting, or related quantitative discipline required/Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum six years of relevant professional experience.
Advanced technical and analytical skills with the ability to think creatively and develop new solutions.
Understanding of accounting concepts and principles.
Familiarity with Data & Reporting tools including Power BI.
Experience in developing functional dashboard and scorecard reports.
Computer proficiency in Windows-based software and Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
Exceptional computer skills with the ability to learn new software applications quickly.
