Armstrong Teasdale is seeking an Ebilling Specialist to join its St. Louis office. The Ebilling Specialist is responsible for driving Ebilling projects to completion. This involves collaborating with key stakeholders within the Client Accounting Team and Practice Management.

Manages all Ebilling sites and ensures all sites remain in compliance and up-to-date with accurate billing rates
Oversees Ebilling reports and utilizes these reports on a regular basis to monitor client statuses and changes
Oversees the Ebilling Hub; provides access to the Hub to new users; monitors the Hub daily for systems issues; communicates upcoming system changes regarding the Hub; acts as liaison between Ebilling Hub and billing coordinators regarding issues and ensures prompt resolution of said issues
Identifies/develops process improvement opportunities and process solutions
Tracks status of invoices submitted, identifies issues and works with Billing Attorneys and Billing Coordinators to address client deductions and other issues
Develops and monitors KPIs to track progress
Provides updates on projects and initiatives to key stakeholders
Periodically reviews the status of completed process improvement projects to ensure the desired outcomes are still present

Required Education: Associate’s Degree
Preferred Education: Paralegal Certificate or Bachelor’s Degree
Required Licenses and/or Certifications: N/A
Required Experience: 5 years of experience working in a legal and/or office environment; proficient in MS Office suite
Preferred Experience: Legal billing experience (EBilling Hub, BillBlast and websites); advanced proficiency with MS Office suite (specifically Excel)
