Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, a national law firm of 250+attorneys based in Denver, is seeking an experienced Conflicts/IntakeAnalyst.  The successful candidate will have 5 – 7 years of experience working with conflicts identification and analytical research in a law firm setting.  Strong attention to detail and great organizational skills are also required to be successful in this position.

Responsibilities:

Timely processing of conflict of interest searches, accurate conflicts searches and analyzing conflict results.

Provide guidance and training to attorney and legal administrative assistants regarding conflict resolution and new business intake.

Maintaining quality assurance of data to facilitate accurate conflict search results.

Drafting of conflict waiver letters, with a strong attention to detail and excellent spelling and proofreading.

Maintain client/matter database when changes are requested.

Special Projects as requested.
