Experience / Education Bachelors from an accredited university or college and a MLS/MLIS is a plus. Three years or more work experience in a professional services firm strongly preferred. Experience working with Integrated Library Systems including OPACs, and with Resource Management applications, such as, but not limited to ResearchMonitor, ResearchHub, Vable and Newsdesk are a plus. Competencies 1. Demonstrated ability to analyze information and quickly synthesize information and facts. 2. Excellent technical, communication and organizational skills. 3. Flexibility to assume other job responsibilities within the department as necessary. 4. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple competing tasks and demands, provide high levels of customer service and maintain a professional demeanor under stress. 5. Excellent research, written, interpersonal and verbal communication skills. 6. Ability to work within a team environment and contribute to team goals. Attendance Requirements: Online Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (alternate eight hour shift may be available). May be required to work before or after normal working hours to meet the needs of the firm.
