EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: - Bachelor's Degree preferred
- At least two years of experience in creating and maintaining images using SCCM, MDT and third party tools
- At least two years of experience using SCCM and WSUS for image and applications update/maintenance
- Law/professional services firm experience highly desired
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: - Active Directory, Group Policy, and their use for managing user and computer objects
- Windows 10 Enterprise operating system features, settings and installation
- System Center Configuration Manager, Intune, Autopilot, and their use for managing features, settings, and configurations of Windows, Office, and third-party applications
- Computer hardware configurations and their impacts on performance
- BIOS functions and configuration
- Wired and wireless networking technologies, topologies, and basic networking concepts such as DHCP, DNS, IP Addressing, Subnets, and VlANs
- BitLocker and Safend disk encryption
- PowerShell proficiency
- Ability to shift priorities and manage change with a positive outcome
- Provide outstanding client service, meet high quality standards for services and meet or exceed client expectations. Proactive in seeking innovative ways in which to help others

Extensive Skills: - Using Windows PE to customize, install, and deploy Windows 10 with appropriate drivers to multiple hardware models on Intel and virtualized platforms
- Creating and modifying task sequences to install core business applications and features based on platform and user roles
- Using Software Center Configuration Manager to create, manage, update, and deploy software packages, patches, and updates to Windows 10 physical and virtual endpoints in a distributed environment
- Managing settings for Windows 10, Office, and third-party applications using Group Policy and User Experience Virtualization (UE-V) native and third-party templates
- Using Beyond Trust Privilege Management (aka Avecto Defendpoint) to maintain least privilege access and control unauthorized software installations
