Summary: The Collaboration Solutions Analyst, under the direction of the Senior Manager of Business Information Systems, will serve as a liaison between the business and IT Department for the purpose of identifying, creating, storing, sharing and applying collaborative solutions across the Firm. The Digital Workspace tools used by the Collaboration Solutions Analyst will include, but are not be limited to, SharePoint, Nintex, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Teams and HighQ. The Analyst will translate user requirements into solutions and recommend the most efficient and user-friendly approaches to working with the complete Digital Workspace. These collaborative solutions are intended to enable individuals, teams, or communities of people to use the Microsoft digital platform and framework to support their business needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Lead and facilitate consultancy sessions and cross-functional working sessions with the end user, process experts, and other stakeholders to elicit and clearly define requirements.
- Perform complex SharePoint and Nintex Power User functionality to create solutions that solve a business need and provide value.
- Deliver out-of-the-box configured solutions using Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps, SharePoint and/or Nintex.
- Work with end users to facilitate the migration of new and existing business processes to a SharePoint environment.
- Provide basic user SharePoint training sessions on an ongoing basis.
- Provide on-demand custom tailored trainings where needed using Power Automate, Power BI, Nintex, or SharePoint. Proactively participate in empowering power users and Champions.
- Build solid relationships with internal customers, partners and stakeholders as it relates to the service.
- Support the Innovation Solutions team by managing the SeeUnity Echo sync from iManage to HighQ.
- Continue to develop skills, knowledge and ability to improve processes and procedures, and keep updated on trends and developments in the industry.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: - Ability to translate business requirements into simple deliverable solutions using out-of-the-box functionality with the Microsoft Digital Workspace suite.
- Proven track record in working with clients at all levels and in delivering consulting to single internal customers and larger groups.
- Solid understanding of information management, enterprise content management, knowledge management and search platforms.
- Ability to translate complex technical topics into easy to understand business language and create strong business cases that take the business context into account and clearly position the overall value proposition.
- Possess substantial knowledge of SharePoint, Nintex, Power BI, Power Automate, and related Microsoft technologies, including Office, MS Exchange and Teams.
- Ability to exercise good judgment and discretion in handling confidential materials and matters.
- Strong negotiator and facilitator / consensus builder who can cope with challenging situations and interact with different professional levels.
