Summary of Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Compliance Administrator works as a member of the Firm’s information technology team facilitating governance, risk and compliance services as part of the Firm’s ITSM, ISO 27001, privacy compliance, information security, business continuity, third party vendor management, and related programs and processes. The Compliance Administrator assists with third party audits and assessments, and works directly with all groups across the global IT department to ensure appropriate and required IT policy and systems documentation is organized, profiled, published, updated, and accessible. This position contributes to the Firm’s vendor risk management program, and assists the Associate Director of Project Management with conveying compliance and risk management concepts, data security best practices, and IT operational requirements to IT project teams. The Compliance Administrator will work under the direction and guidance of the Associate Director of Project Management while coordinating specific activities with managers in the IT department and Information Governance.
Bachelor’s Degree required; Information Technology, Information Security, or Technology Management degree preferred.
Minimum of three years of experience within risk management, IT auditing, system administration, or privacy control processes.
Preference given to candidates with applicable certifications through ISACA (CRISC, CISM, CGEIT); GIAC (e.g., GCCC), ISC2 (CAP or Associate status), or IAPP (CIPT, CIPP), and ITIL v4 Foundations.
