The Marketing Technology Coordinator is responsible for supporting a range of overall Marketing & Business Development projects with a focus on Marketing Technology initiatives. This position works collaboratively with other Marketing Department colleagues to provide cohesive support on strategic initiatives and key projects to ensure coordination, effective engagement with firm resources and high quality execution of strategic projects and initiatives across the department and the firm.
The position requires a high level of organization and attention to detail, the ability to keep abreast of a heavy schedule, and to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Must become proficient in InterAction (Web, Windows, IMO) and understand differences in functionality.
Must become proficient in marketing automation software (Vuture) to be able to execute on mailings, troubleshoot issues and to offer ideas for improvements in process.
Monitor data quality within the firm’s CRM to ensure the data is current, accurate and complete according to Marketing Technology best practices. This includes reviewing the Data Change Management (DCM) and New Contact Review (NCR) inbox’s on a regular basis, verifying and standardizing contact information for managed contacts before approval to the firm database collection.
Master intricate processes, procedures and best practices to ensure the optimal functionality of CRM, marketing automation software and SharePoint.
Research secondary sources to pro-actively add and improve the data quality and completeness in the firm’s marketing technology tools.
Help create and maintain the operational guidelines created for the firm’s CRM and the Marketing Technology Team.
Assist with updates to website and SharePoint sites.
Implement Thought Leadership and Event mailings as requested via email.
Prepare ad-hoc reports on marketing programs as needed.
Provide training to firm colleagues on Marketing Technology platforms and processes.
Support all aspects of the Marketing Technology Team.
Any additional responsibilities as required by management.
A 4-year College Degree is required. Marketing, Business, or Computer Science is a plus.
Prior experience in a professional environment required. Experience working in a law firm is preferred though not required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), experience with InterAction, Vuture, SharePoint a plus.
Must be comfortable with intense data entry and detail oriented tasks in a marketing technology environment.
Proficient with advanced Excel and data manipulation.
