POSITION OVERVIEWResponsible for managing the operation of the Information Technology (IT) department, and providing front line support and guidance to end-users of the Firm's computer and telephone systems. Ensure that the IT departmental tasks and projects are completed accurately, timely and commensurate with the firm’s high standards for quality. Additionally, will provide remote technology support to firm users in regional offices, resolve assigned help desk issues, monitor support queues, evaluate trends on malfunctions/errors, provide assistance on testing new software and provide support for roll-outs.
