Yetter Coleman is seeking an energetic, enthusiastic trial specialist with at least 5 years of litigation support, trial specialist or trial technician experience. Responsibilities include trial support, such as pre-trial and post-trial logistics, war room and courtroom setup. This person will also be responsible for assisting with the technical support of litigation support software applications and network systems, including maintaining and troubleshooting solutions for identified litigation support needs at the firm.
Coordinate logistics for local and out of town trials, including assisting with hotel on-site IT requirements
Arrange for transportation of IT equipment to hotel, and/or courthouse.
Prepare equipment for shipping.
Set up war room for trial.
Test connectivity in war room and courthouse for trial.
Set up and maintain equipment for trial.
Provide technical support during trial both in war room and courtroom.
Provide technical support in virtual courtroom.
Utilize, maintain, and troubleshoot litigation support software applications, databases and networks.
Assist with conference room meeting technology including AV needs.
Maintain inventory of all IT equipment and make sure hardware drivers are current.
Assist E-Discovery team as needed with data transfer.
Education, Experience, Skills:
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Advanced technical skills with computer networks and a Microsoft Windows operating system.
Experience with Cisco and Webex a plus.
Experience with database and spreadsheet applications: MS Access, SQL, etc.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Adobe, PowerPoint, Teams and document management systems (iManage, FileSite).
Proficiency in the use of e-discovery and deposition transcript tools (Relativity, Trial Director).
Flexibility to work overtime.
Previous trial or litigation support firm experience required.
