The IT Support Technician is a Junior to Mid-level IT professional reporting to the Firm’s IT Manager. This technician is responsible for the day-to-day activities of supporting desktop, network hardware and software functions for the end-user community of the Firm. This position is primarily user problem resolution focused, requiring excellent customer service and communication skills, technical knowledge and PC/Laptop expertise. It also requires some network and server maintenance. The role is a permanent full-time position based in the Firm’s office in Midtown Manhattan. This is not a remote position.
