The Enterprise Applications Support Manager is responsible for the setup, maintenance, and support of the firm’s applications. This position will lead a team of Applications Administrators and Analysts. In conjunction with the Service Desk, this role is responsible for creating, implementing, managing, and documenting application support policies.
