Responsibilities Oversee the summer and entry-level legal recruiting program working with the firm’s Entry-level Recruiting Committee Chairperson and committee members, office leadership, practice group chairs. Manage the on-campus interview cycle to include tracking and managing candidates from the resume screening stage through callback interviews; manage and aggregate all interview feedback. Serve as the initial and ongoing point of contact for summer, entry-level and lateral associate candidates. Conduct initial phone screen interviews with attorneys.
