Along with one subordinate, the Recruiting Manager will direct on a day-to-day basis all associate and counsel recruiting and hiring efforts for the Firm, which is headquartered in Washington, DC, and has offices in Chicago, New York, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. In conjunction with the Hiring Partners, Hiring Committee, and Co-Managing Partners, he or she will develop and manage a proactive recruiting strategy. This position will also plan and manage our small summer associate program. Experience overseeing or implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives in a law firm setting is strongly preferred.
