Overview Jones Walker is seeking an Information Technology Professional to fill the position of Service Desk Technician in the Birmingham location. As a member of the Information Technology Department and Service Desk team, the primary role of the Service Desk Technician is to provide outstanding customer service for Tier 1 and 2 service requests, incidents, and problems reported by end users.
