Service Desk Technician
Overview Jones Walker is seeking an Information Technology Professional to fill the position of Service Desk Technician in the Jackson office. As a member of the Information Technology Department and Service Desk team, the primary role of the Service Desk Technician is to provide outstanding customer service for Tier 1 and 2 service requests, incidents, and problems reported by end users. More than 90% of the job will involve answering phone calls, responding to emails, and entering tickets in our Ticket Management System.
