McGrath North is seeking an experienced attorney with two or more years of experience in employee benefits to join our firm in Omaha, Nebraska.  The ideal candidate has two or more years of benefits and employee compensation experience in a law firm, consulting firm, or as in-house counsel, a background in health and welfare plans, qualified and non-qualified retirement plans,  and experience and working knowledge of employee benefits laws including ERISA, ACA, HIPAA and applicable sections of the Internal Revenue Code.  Candidates must have excellent legal research, writing and analytical skills, a record of academic achievement, and be self-starters who are able to work within a team environment and on their own.  McGrath North is a growing and active firm located in Omaha, Nebraska w
