Help Desk Specialist
SUMMARY: Under the general supervision of the Help Desk Manager, and according to established policies and procedures, the Help Desk Specialist is responsible for the Firm wide help desk support operations.    This position is open to any of Barnes & Thornburg's 20 nationwide office locations.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.
