We are currently seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join our team. The CFO will work closely with the firm’s Chief Operating Officer, Managing Partner and the Executive Committee to oversee and manage all financial activities and systems for the Firm. The CFO is responsible for forecasting the Firm’s financial standing based on financial and operational data and reports and advises on strategic direction. Additionally, the CFO will ensure appropriate tracking of cash flow and financial planning as well as analyzing the Firm’s financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing corrective actions.  This position is will be required to be on-site on a regular basis with preference for the in-office presence to be in our Columbus, Ohio office.
