Position Summary:
The Litigation Support Analyst – will be responsible for a wide range of litigation support activities, including large-scale electronic productions, e-discovery consulting, trial support, processing data, assistance with case and process management, end-user support and training, as well as quality control and trouble-shooting.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing project needs assessments including advice/counsel to case teams regarding eDiscovery and all technical aspects of the case.
- Apply system analysis techniques to consult with users to determine functional specifications for projects.
- Design and develop electronic discovery databases as well as document, analyze, test and modify software based on user specifications.
- Working knowledge of litigation support software packages. The following are a major plus: Relativity, LAW, Sanction, TrialPad, Box, CaseMap, X1 Social Discovery, TMPGEnc.
- Proficient with email systems utilities (import,export), Encase/FTK, Adobe automation, encryption techniques, video and audio editing and mobile applications.
- Working knowledge of EDRM best practices and electronic discovery. Any forensic experience is a plus.
- Work with clients, in-house counsel and other IT managers, to design e-discovery strategies and collect data.
- Provide needs based and planned training to attorneys and staff.
- Consult and support attorneys at trial using the latest trial technology including courtroom setup.
- Assist in the development and implementation of eDiscovery protocols and best practices.
- Design and implement new internal policies and procedures for litigation support.
- Perform hardware and software installations as needed.
- Billable timekeeper for active matters.
- Other projects as directed by the Director of Litigation Support.
- Other related responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications and Prior Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or 4+ years of related experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong initiative required. Must be able to work independently and collaborative in nature.
- Must have strong technical and problem solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word required.
